Appointments

To schedule an appointment, you may call 281-991-5944 (Pasadena office) or 281-481-0033 (office near Memorial Hermann Southeast). If applicable, please provide your insurance information at the time you make your appointment. You may also request an appointment online and we will contact you. We request at least a 24 hour cancellation notice when possible.

Facilities and Equipment

We have two locations for your convenience with free parking. The Pasadena office is across from Pasadena Memorial High School and adjacent to Beltway 8. The Southeast Houston office is near memorial Hermann Southeast. For most patients, in office phlebotomy services are available. We utilize only the most state-of-the-art lasers and other equipment.
